【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforfactorymaderigidpolyurethanefoam(PUR)andpolyisocyanuratefoam(PIR)products,withaclosedcellcontentnotlessthan90%,withorwithoutfacings,whichareusedforthethermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallations,withanoperatingtemperaturerangeofapproximately,-200℃to+200℃.Theproductsaremanufacturedintheformofblocks,facedorunfacedboards,pipesections,segmentsandprefabricatedware.Thisstandarddescribesproductcharacteristicsandincludesproceduresfortesting,evaluationofconformity,markingandlabelling.Productscoveredbythisstandardarealsousedinprefabricatedthermalinsulatingsystemsandcompositepanels;theperformanceofsystemsincorporatingtheseproductsisnotcovered.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelofagivenpropertythatshallbeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Thelevelsrequiredforagivenapplicationaretobefoundinregulationsandinvitationstotender.Productswithadeclaredthermalconductivitygreaterthan0,100W/(múK)at10℃arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverproductsforinsitu-insulation(sprayingordispensing)orproductsfortheinsulationofthebuildingstructure.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthefollowingacousticalaspects:directairbornesoundinsulationandimpactnoisetransmissionindex.
