【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprescribessafetysignsforthepurposesofaccidentprevention,fireprotection,healthhazardinformationandemergencyevacuation.Theshapeandcolourrequiredtobeusedforeachsign,asprescribedbyISO3864-1,isgiventogetherwiththegraphicalsymbolscontainedwithineachsign.ThisInternationalStandardisgenerallyapplicabletosafetysignsinworkplacesandalllocationsandallsectorswheresafety-relatedquestionsmaybeposed.However,itisnotapplicabletothesignallingusedforguidingrail,road,river,maritimeandairtrafficand,ingeneral,tothosesectorssubjecttoaregulationwhichmaydifferwithregardtocertainpointsofthisInternationalStandardandofISO3864-1.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesafetysignoriginalsthatmaybescaledforreproductionandapplicationpurposes.Supplementarytextsignsmaybeusedinconjunctionwiththesesafetysignstoimprovecomprehension.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodfortheevaluationoftheporesizedistributionandthespecificsurfaceinporesofsolidsbymercuryporosimetryaccordingtothemethodofRitterandDrake[1],[2].Itisacomparativetest,usuallydestructiveduetomercurycontamination,inwhichthevolumeofmercurypenetratingaporeorvoidisdeterminedasafunctionofanappliedhydrostaticpressure,whichcanberelatedtoaporediameter.Practicalconsiderationspresentlylimitthemaximumappliedabsolutepressuretoabout400MPa(60000psia)correspondingtoaminimumequivalentporediameterofapproximately0,003μm.Themaximumdiameterwillbelimitedforsampleshavingasignificantdepthduetothedifferenceinhydrostaticheadofmercuryfromthetoptothebottomofthesample.Forthemostpurposes,thislimitcanberegardedas400μm.Themeasurementscoverinterparticleandintraparticleporosity.Ingeneral,itcannotdistinguishbetweentheseporositieswheretheyco-exist.Themethodissuitableforthestudyofmostnon-wettable,bymercury,porousmaterials.Samplesthatamalgamatewithmercury,suchascertainmetals,e.g.gold,aluminium,reducedcopper,reducednickelandsilver,canbeunsuitableforthistechniqueorcanrequireapreliminarypassivation.Undertheappliedpressure,somematerialsaredeformed,compactedordestroyed,wherebyopenporescanbecollapsedandclosedporesopened.Insomecases,itispossibletoapplysamplecompressibilitycorrectionsandusefulcomparativedatacanstillbeobtained.Forthesereasons,themercuryporosimetrytechniqueisconsideredtobecomparative.
