【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversminimumphotometricrequirementsfornewlyappliedphotoluminescent(phosphorescent)safetymaterialsusedtoprovidesupplementalmarkingsofescaperoutes,emergencyequipment,andotherpotentiallydangerousobjects.(seealsoTestMethodE2073,TestMethodforPhotopicLuminanceofPhotoluminescent(Phosphorescent)Markings,andGuideE2030,GuideforRecommendedUsesofPhotoluminescentSafetyMarkings).Thisspecificationestablishesminimumluminancevaluesforphotoluminescent(phosphorescent)markingsfordetectioninclearairunderblackoutconditions.Thisspecificationappliestoalltypesofphotoluminescent(phosphorescent)markings,includingbutnotlimitedtoplastics,coatings,ceramics,films,etc.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverpotentiallydiminishedperformanceduetowearandtearandaging.Thisspecificationappliesonlytophotoluminescent(phosphorescent)markingsemittingthemajorityofspectralenergywithinthe515to535nanometerrange.Whenreferenceismaderegardingphotoluminescenceinthetextofthisstandard,itimpliesphosphorescence.1.7ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsarethestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO17123specifiesfieldprocedurestobeadoptedwhendeterminingandevaluatingtheprecision(repeatability)ofopticalplumbinginstrumentsandtheirancillaryequipment,whenusedinbuildingandsurveyingmeasurements.ThispartofISO17123isnotapplicabletoopticalplummetsasadeviceintribrachsorinsurveyinginstruments.Primarily,thesetestsareintendedtobefieldverificationsofthesuitabilityofaparticularinstrumentfortheimmediatetaskathandandtosatisfytherequirementsofotherstandards.Theyarenotproposedastestsforacceptanceorperformanceevaluationsthataremorecomprehensiveinnature.ThispartofISO17123canbethoughtofasoneofthefirststepsintheprocessofevaluatingtheuncertaintyofameasurement(morespecificallyameasurand).Theuncertaintyofaresultofameasurementisdependentonanumberoffactors.Theseincludeamongothers:repeatability,reproducibility(between-dayrepeatability)andathoroughassessmentofallpossibleerrorsources,asprescribedbytheISOGuidetotheexpressionofuncertaintyinmeasurement(GUM).Thesefieldprocedureshavebeendevelopedspecificallyforinsituapplicationswithouttheneedforspecialancillaryequipmentandarepurposefullydesignedtominimizeatmosphericinfluencesandeffectsofimperfectadjustmentoftheopticalplumbinginstrument.
