【摘要】:LaminationfactorSindicatesthedeficiencyofeffectivematerialvolumewhichisduetothepresenceofoxides,roughness,insulatingcoatings,andotherconditionsaffectingthestripsurface.Thistestmethodisusedtopredictthefractionofmetalthatisincludedinthevolumeofthefirmcoilwoundfromthespecimentape.1.1Thistestmethodcoversmeasurementsoflaminationfactor(Note1)ofaspecimencomposedofstripscutfromamorphousmagneticmaterial.Itissuitableforthedeterminationoflaminationfactorforthin,flatcase,metallicstripranginginwidthfrom0.25to8.00in.[6.35mmto203mm]andinthicknessfrom0.0005to0.005in.[12.7to127m].Note18212;Laminationfactorisalsotermedspacefactororstackingfactor.1.2Thevaluesandequationsstatedincustomary(egs-emuandinch-pound)orSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthisstandard,SIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
