【摘要】:Thispracticeforplane-strainfracturetoughnesstestingofaluminumalloysmaybeusedasasupplementtoTestMethodE399.Theapplicationofthispracticeisprimarilyintendedforqualityassuranceandmaterialreleaseincaseswherevalidplane-strainfracturetoughnessdatacannotbeobtainedperTestMethodE399.ItmustbeunderstoodthattheinterpretationsandguidelinesinthispracticedonotalterthevalidityrequirementsofTestMethodE399orpromotethedesignationofdatathatareinvalidaccordingtoTestMethodE399toax201C;validx201D;condition.Thispracticeisprimarilyconcernedwithcaseswhereitisnotpossibleorpracticaltoobtainvaliddata,butwherematerialreleasejudgmentsmustbemadeagainstspecifiedfracturetoughnessvalues.Whereitispossibletoobtainavalidplane-strainfracturetoughnessvaluebyreplacementtestingaccordingtoTestMethodE399,thatisthepreferredapproach.1.1Thispracticeisapplicabletothefracturetoughnesstestingofallaluminumalloys,tempers,andproducts,especiallyincaseswherethetestsarebeingmadetoestablishwhetherornotindividuallotsmeettherequirementsofspecificationsandshouldbereleasedtocustomers.1.2TestMethodE399isthebasictestmethodtobeusedforplane-strainfracturetoughnesstestingofaluminumalloys.Thepurposeofthispracticeistoprovidesupplementaryinformationforplane-strainfracturetoughnessofaluminumalloysinthreemainareas:1.2.1Specimensampling,1.2.2Specimensizeselection,and1.2.3Interpretationofinvalidtestresults.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3.1Exception8212;Certaininch-poundvaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.4ThisstandardiscurrentlywrittentoaccommodateonlyC(T)specimens.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsanddeterminationmethodsfornewlycertificatedcommercialpassengeraircraftprogrammes.Thisstandardappliestonewlycertificatedcommercialpassengeraircraftprogrammes.Itmayalsoapplytocurrentproductionaircraftifitdoesnotcarrysignificantpenalties,i.e.ifitcanbeshowntobetechnicallyfeasibleandeconomicallyjustifiable.Thisstandardcoverstheperiodfromfirstcrewembarkationtolastcrewdisembarkation.NOTE1Duringembarkationanddisembarkation,reducedtemperaturesinthecabinmaybedesirableduetoincreasedmetabolicactivityoftheoccupants.Insomegroundcases,theaircraftenvironmentalcontrolsystem(ECS)maynotbeabletocompensatefortheexternalconditionsinfluencingthecabincomfortconditions,suchasopendoors,extremehot/coldground/airtemperaturesorradiantheat.Inthiscase,externalair-conditioningsystems,forexampleconditionedlow-pressuregroundairorhigh-pressuresupply,maybeusedtosupplementtheaircraftECS.Ifthetemperaturerangestatedinthisstandardisregularlyexceeded(eitheraboveorbelowthestatedrange),changestoairlineand/orairportproceduresand/oraircraftdesignshouldbeintroduced.NOTE2Duringgroundoperations,theexternalairqualitymayadverselyinfluencetheairqualitywithintheaircraftcabin.Contaminationproducedasaresultofservicingactivitiesorgroundoperationsvehiclesmayentertheaircraftdirectly,forexampleviaopendoors,andtheECSmaynotbeabletoeffectivelycontrolcontaminantlevelsinthecabin.Airlineandairportoperationalproceduresshouldbeorganisedsoastoavoiddirectcontaminationofthecabinfromthesepollutantsources.Ifthecontaminantrangesstatedinthisstandardareregularlyexceeded,changestoairlineand/orairportproceduresand/oraircraftdesignshouldbeintroduced.Outsideairqualitylevelswouldusuallyberegulatedbynationalauthorities.Thepopulationunderconsideration–passengersandcrew–excludesindividualswithpre-existinginfirmityorillhealthconditions.Allvaluesgiveninthisdocumentaresea-levelequivalent(seeClause4).AccordingtotheAirQualityGuidelinesWHO1999,paragraph2.2.3,‘Forgaseouspollutants,noincreaseineffectsoverthoseexperiencedatsealevelwouldbeexpectedasaresultoftheincreaseoftheinhalation,asthepartialpressuresofthepollutantgaseswillfallinlinewiththatofoxygen.’Thelimitconcentrationsatflightaltitudecanthereforebedefinedusingpressureratios.AnnexAprovidestheformulaforcalculatingallowableconcentrationsatflightaltitude.Therearemanypotentialsourcesofcontamination,whichcouldaffecttheaircraftcabinenvironment.Itwouldbeimpracticaltosetlimitsforallthechemicalconstituentsofthesesources.Thepresenceofmarkercompoundsinconcentrationsthatexceedthecabinairqualitycomfort,healthorsafetylimitssetinthestandardmayindicatethatmaintenance,proceduraloroperationalchangeordesignchangeisrequiredtobringtheairqualitybackwithinthelimitssetinthisstandard.Severalsourceshavebeenconsideredtoidentifycontaminantsproducedduringnormaloperation.Thepossiblesourceshavebeenanalysedtoidentifywhichchemicalgroupingsarerelatedtoeachone.Atleastonecompoundfromeachgroupingidentifiedforeachpotentialsourcehasbeenchosenasrepresentativeofthatsource.
